About the Role

Murphy Road Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. As a member of our team, you will greet clients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for our medical team. We strive to provide a personal and compassionate experience every day! 

Preferred Skills: 

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards animals and their owners 

• Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus, but not required 

• Experience with office software and phone systems
