Synovetin OA for Referring DVMs
Murphy Road Animal Hospital is pleased to coordinate Synovetin OA treatment for referring veterinarians and their patients. Synovetin OA cases are reviewed by our medical team prior to treatment in coordination with you. To help us determine patient suitability and coordinate scheduling, please submit patient information and supporting medical records to Murphy Road Animal Hospital: MurphyRoadAH@yourvetdoc.com

- Current radiographs and/or imaging interpretation of the affected joint(s)

Mobile / Off-Site Synovetin OA Coordination
For approved cases, Murphy Road Animal Hospital may coordinate Synovetin OA treatment at another veterinary clinic location. Depending on the scheduled arrangement, treatment may be administered by a designated traveling veterinarian or by the attending veterinarian at the host clinic, following required Synovetin OA protocols and applicable safety procedures.
Because Synovetin OA involves specialized handling requirements, scheduling must be coordinated in advance. Product ordering, deposits, patient scheduling, sedation/anesthesia planning, treatment workspace, and clinic responsibilities will be confirmed prior to the treatment date.
Referring / Host Clinic Responsibilities
The referring or host clinic will be responsible for:
- Submitting complete patient records before treatment approval
- Coordinating client consent and client billing
- Collecting client deposits when appropriate
- Providing sedation or anesthesia support as directed
- Having patients checked in and ready at the scheduled treatment time
- Providing an appropriate workspace for treatment
- Following all post-treatment instructions provided by Murphy Road Animal Hospital
Once Synovetin OA product is ordered, it may be non-cancellable and non-refundable. The referring or host clinic may remain responsible for the ordered product in the event of patient cancellation or no-show.
DVM Training & Treatment Coordination
For clinics interested in offering Synovetin OA to their patients, Murphy Road Animal Hospital can coordinate next steps for case review, scheduling, required documentation, and/or DVM training/administration requirements.
Because Synovetin OA involves specialized handling and safety protocols, any off-site administration must be coordinated in advance. Murphy Road Animal Hospital will work with the referring or host clinic to determine whether treatment will be administered by a designated traveling veterinarian or by the host-clinic veterinarian after appropriate training, review, and protocol confirmation.
